This hotel has a prime location that's perfect for exploring DC, but my overall experience was marred by the service and room quality. The room I stayed in was quite small and felt a bit dated, but I did enjoy the breakfast and the rooftop bar is a great spot. However, I found the dining experience at the rooftop restaurant quite disappointing due to some restrictions.
